Mr. Sherif Mostafa Kamal Taha
• Bachelor of Law, 1985 (Alexandria University, Egypt).
• Worked at the Public Prosecution from 1987 till 1994. He moved up the hierarchy from Prosecution Helper in 1987, then Prosecution Assistant in 1988, then Public Prosecutor in 1989, then Public Prosecutor of the First Class in Oct. 10th 1991.
• Worked as Manger and Legal Adviser for the Intellectual Property Protection Office, Ministry of Culture in Alexandria, Egypt.
• Diploma of Higher Studies in Maritime Law from the College of International Transport and Logistics of the Arab Academy for Science and Technology and Maritime Transport (AASTMT) in August 2008 with very good general grade.
• Worked at the firm of his father Professor Dr. / Mostafa Kamal Taha, Professor and Head of Commercial and Maritime Law Department at Faculty of Law – Alexandria University and the Ex-Dean of Faculty of Law in Alexandria University and Beirut Arab University, the office is specialized in Commercial and Maritime Disputes.
• Condensed training in the activities of stock exchange, funds and portfolios as well as establishing and amending various types of companies. Also, condensed training in the laws of Investment, B.O.T., Tax and Offset.
• Participated in writing a book titled (Stock Exchange) edition 2008.
